Sometimes email providers will unintentionally block or mark emails from Exo as spam. Here are some steps to whitelist our email domain to help alleviate the problem.
Steps to Whitelist an Email in Gmail
- Open Gmail on your computer.
- Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
- Select See all settings.
- Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab near the top.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, type the email address or an entire domain (e.g.,
@example.com) you want to whitelist. - Click Create filter.
- Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create filter again to save
Steps to Whitelist an Email in Outlook
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select View all Outlook settings (if visible) or go straight to Mail and choose Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Type the email address or the entire domain (e.g.,
@example.com) you want to whitelist. - Press Enter on your keyboard, then click Save
