There may be a time where Support requests your application logs to assist with troubleshooting. Listed below are the steps to find and download those logs.
1. Login into the app
2. Tap on the profile picture or initial
3. Select Settings
4. Look for the last item at the bottom > Tap on “retrieve Logs files”
5. Tap on “Export Application Log File”
6. Tap on file corresponding to the date with the connectivity issue
