Registering and signing in for the first time (web browser):
This article provides detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to sign into the web version of Exo Works.
As a new user, you will receive a welcome email from the clinical administrator to register for Exo Works.

In the Welcome email, click the link. The Exo Welcome page displays.
- If you are an administrator, click Admin Sign In; otherwise, proceed to Step 3.
- In the username@org box, type the login ID you use at your facility.
- In the Password box, type the password you use at your facility.
- Click Sign In.
- Click Agree when the privacy popup displays, then you are directed to your inbox.
If you click Back, you are redirected to the Welcome page.
Registering and signing in for the first time (mobile app):
As a new user, you will receive a welcome email from the clinical administrator to sign into Exo Works. Before you can do that, you first have to download the Exo Works Mobile App from the Apple App Store. This article explains how to download the Exo Works mobile app and sign in for the first time.
- From the Apple App Store on your mobile device, search for and download the Exo Works application.
- Open the application from your phone.
- Type the org code (first time only), and tap Validate.
- In the username@org.com box, type the login ID you use at your facility.
- In the Password box, type the password you use at your facility.
- Tap Sign In. Exo Works opens, displaying your Inbox.
- Optionally, if you are assigned to more than one specialty, select the specialty from the pop-up window to perform and view exams for that specialty.
- To return to the previous screen and sign in as a different user, click different user.
